Who can place an order?

At this time, we only ship within the US and Canada . The bulbs on this site fit any standard fixtures that may be found in the US or Canada.

What if I don't see the product I want?

We can do special orders from the manufacturer, Lumiram. We offer any product that can be found on the Lumiram web site. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll send you a quote.

How to Order:

Order Online: using our secure server (fastest option)

1. To place an order online, click on an "order" button.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be an order button. This button adds the item to your Shopping Cart. Putting something in your Shopping Cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your Shopping Cart, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your Shopping Cart. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your Shopping Cart by clicking the View Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. Please include your order number with any correspondence you send us. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

Returns:
Returned products will be accepted only in original bulb package. Returns must be received within 30 days of order placement. Freight on returned items that did not arrive damaged will be a customer's charge.

Damaged Goods:
Goods must be carefully inspected upon delivery. Any claim for damages or shortage must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
